Preface

As is still required, you diligently check your VORs monthly, and you choose to use a VOT. How do you find one and how do you use it to check the accuracy of your receivers? (May have multiple answers.)

Consult the Chart Supplement.

Tune your VOR to the specified frequency. Decode the Morse Code letters T-E-S-T.

The VOR course selector should read 180 degrees with a TO indication.

No, it should read 360 degrees with a FROM indication.
