No, just fly whatís in the database. The procedure must have changed at some point.

Youíre not even legal to fly this approach since you donít have all the necessary data.

3.

Without the step-down fix, you canít descend any lower than the step-down fix altitude on the approach.

4.

You can just identify the step-down fix by its distance from the missed approach point.
