What do the different colors used for airports on low-altitude enroute charts indicate? (May have multiple answers.)

1.

Brown indicates airports without published instrument procedures.

2.

Brown tells you that the airport has approach procedures, but with minimums no lower than 1000-3.

3.

Blue is used for airports with published ILS or LPV procedures.

4.

Blue is used for airports with high altitude approach procedures for military aircraft.

Green tells you that the airport has published instrument procedures
