Visual illusions are especially risky because we rely on our eyes for correct information. Say you’re flying toward a sloping cloud formation. Or, perhaps it’s night and you’re flying toward a dark scene with a mix of stars and ground lights, some of which might be arranged in a straight line. What illusion can both of these situations cause?
