ICAO Flight Plans
The FAA is gradually migrating more and more of its procedures to ICAO standards. Our familiar old flight plan form is the latest victim.
If the international aviation bureaucracy were ever mated with a one-size-fits-all computer program, the progeny might well be the ICAO International Flight Plan.
